八卦掌需要如何练习?

     也许很多人都听说个八卦掌,尤其是老年人。由于近年来人们对于身体健康越来越注重,所以在公园里面随处可见老年人在练着各种各样的拳法。而它就是其中的一套比较众所周知的拳法。但随着越来越多的拳法出现,很多人都不知道正确的拳法要怎么去练习,那么今天我们就来看一下正确的拳法到底是需要如何去练习的。

定式八卦掌

  一、脚落地时的姿势

  练习这套拳法的讲究是非常多的,首先我们来看一下双脚的落地的时候需要成什么样的形状。靠近里面的那只脚一定要伸直,外面的脚为了转圈,可以稍微的往里面扣一点,就类似平时人们说的八字腿当然两脚之间的宽度不需要过于在意,只要在膝盖能够相交并且两侧没有分开就行了。

  二、迈的步伐距离

  由于每个人的身高不一样,所以需要迈出的步伐大小也不一样,只要两脚之间可以灵活的起落就可以了。当然脚步之间的距离一定要注意不能够过宽或过窄,否则打出来的拳会有失韵味。在练习抬腿的时候,高度距离是非常微妙的,似乎离开了地面,但实际上却没有离开地面。

  三、扎马步的姿势

  在八卦掌中,对于马步的要求不会很大。两只脚之间的距离只要稍微宽于肩就可以了,因为过大的马步会导致整体的动作不太灵活。还有一点需要注意的是在上面所说的八字腿,不需要呈倒八字。

  四、抬腿的正确姿势

  这套拳法在抬腿的时候有一些不太一样的地方,就是在转圈的时候抬腿的时候应该平起平落,这和我们一般的行走是有很大的区别,对于最初练习这套拳法的人来说也许平起平落会是一个最大的难点。但只要根据要领认真的去学习还是能够领悟出来的。在开始学习的时候很多人会先将脚后跟抬起再亮起前脚掌,但是这是一种错误的抬腿方式。

  五、如何摆扣步

  在摆步时,无论是想要大摆或者是小摆都需要通过叫来带动全身,摆的时候脚尖向外展。而扣步时则需要脚尖和前脚的外侧形成一条直线,两脚相扣的顺序是相反的,可先前脚扣向后脚,后脚再迅速朝内转,转圈的角度根据不同的人的不同身高来决定,没有硬性的要求。

  介绍完八卦掌的练习方式,那么有人会问它到底对人体有什么样的好处?由于我们人体在行走的时候步伐过于轻飘,所以很多时候都无法运动到体内的器官。而八卦拳的真谛就在于类似行走的简单过程中能将人的五脏内腑都达到一个运动的作用,帮助老年人更好地锻炼身体,并且不需要消耗过多的能量。
